Construction has begun on the new Center for Collaborative Arts & Technology (CCAT) on the University of New Mexico campus. The 60,000-square foot facility will house the UNM College of Fine Arts. It will be located on the southeast corner of Stanford Drive and Central Avenue NE. Construction is tentatively expected to be completed in the spring of 2026.
